- Fabric pricing (where applicable) is calculated per meter.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
- Full payment must be made before order processing.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
4. Customization Orders
For customized garments:
- Accurate measurements must be provided by the customer.
- Once customization work begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
- We are not responsible for fitting issues due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
- Minor variation in final design may occur based on fabric behavior and craftsmanship.
Customization timelines will be communicated at the time of order.
5. Orders & Processing
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:
- Payment issues
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing errors
In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability and customization requirements.
- Delivery delays due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of handloom and customized products:
- Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Sarees and fabrics may be eligible for exchange only if:
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Product is unused and in original condition
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
