Refund & Return Policy

At Dhatri Endrapu Boutique, we take pride in offering authentic handloom sarees, fabrics, and customized garments. Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our products, our refund and return policies are as follows:
1. Customized Products
- All customized garments (blouses, lehenga blouses, kurtis, one-piece dresses, menswear, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Once customization work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
- We are not responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
2. Sarees & Fabrics
Returns or exchanges may be accepted only if:
- The request is made within 24 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags are intact
After inspection and approval, an exchange (not refund) may be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized products
- Products purchased during the sale or special offers
- Fabric cut as per the customer-requested length
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- A wrong product
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos and video proof
After verification, we will arrange replacement or store credit.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
